How do I place an order?

Click on "Nebulisers" above and select the product you want to order by clicking "More Info". To add the nebuliser to your order, click "Buy Now". To checkout, click "Go to Payments" and complete your details. Most major credit and debit cards are accepted, and are collected via a secure 128bit SSL connection for your protection.

Are the prices for these nebulisers VAT exempt?

If you complete and submit the VAT Exemption Group 12 Form online (or print it out, complete it and return it to us by post or fax), then we credit the VAT of your order to your card. If we receive your VAT Exemption form before we process your payment, you will not be charged the VAT in the first place.

When will my order arrive?

All nebulisers are despatched same-day if you order before 12 noon, and should arrive with you within 48 hours. The Porta-Neb will take 3 - 5 working days to arrive.
